HVAC Service Technician (Commercial 10+ Years)

We are currently looking for HVAC Service Technicians with 10+ years of experience in the NYC Metro Area to join our team. The candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma, trade school with grades transcript
  • New York State Drivers License
  • Valid OSHA 30, Fire watch, Certificate of fitness for torch operation, EPA 608 certification
  • 10 years experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field through job training
  • VRF experience and ability to use a laptop and VRF service tools
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems
  • Working knowledge of boiler and steam systems.
  • Knowledge of air and water balancing
  • Knowledge of water treatment and systems mandates for water tower in line with NYS and NYC protocols
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in reading and understanding of electrical schematics and work plans
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends on public holidays with short notice
  • Ability to work for on-call emergencies
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
